DESCRIPTION:Unlock your imagination in this fun\, on-your-feet virtual improv class! Students will learn to think outside of the box\, collaborate\, quickly develop characters\, and build on a creative idea by saying "yes! and..."  Through exercises\, improv games\, and creative prompts young artists will learn to take risks\, access creativity\, gain confidence\, meaningfully connect with peers\, and discover the FUN in fundamental improvisation. \n\nDates: July 26 - 29\n\nTime: 5 - 6:30 PM EST\n\nTuition: $85*\n\nGrades: Rising 5th - 7th\n\nVirtual Platform: Zoom\n \n\n*Payment options \n\nTuition payments can be completed in full online.  \n\nPartial payments may be made over the phone by calling the Box Office at (828) 693-0731. A $25 deposit is required to secure a student's spot in the class. Full payment must be completed before the first day of camp.\n\n?Students and families that register for more than one class are offered a $25 discount for each additional class. This offer applies to multiple classes for one student or family discounts for siblings. \n\nA small number of full and partial need-based scholarships are available upon application for every tuition-based program at Studio 52 through the Dave Hart Scholarship Fund.\n\n?Applications for Summer Camps are due by June 1.
