How to survue a knife attack
With all the recent knife attacks in Asheville we decided to offer all Western North Carolina residents a 2 hour knife self defense workshop. This workshop will cover various defensive techniques used by Israeli Defense Forces, Navy SEALS, Krav MAGA and Army Combatives.
