This "custom" business planning template, based on industry best practices, makes it easier and faster to create a business plan for 2026. This seminar helps local businesses focus their efforts in 2026 and face new challenges that range from business start-up, growth and sustainability, scaling-up, turnaround, succession or selling a business.

This seminar is designed for new and established business owners. It is held in a computer lab where your instructor will show you how to simply open up the template and fill out each section to develop your business plan. Many sections have an easy “check the box system” to create clarity and direction. In addition, the appendix is loaded with lots of practical success tips and strategies for marketing, operations, and finance.
