Taekwondo Seminar w/Demonstration: The Fundamentals of Free Sparring
JTF Taekwondo School will be presenting a special TAEKWONDO MARTIAL ARTS Seminar on:
April 27th, 2024 from 1:00-3:00pm.
This will include actual demonstrations, so wear your uniform! If you are not a current Taekwondo or Martial Arts student, wear something comfortable so you can take part (if you choose)!
9th Degree Taekwondo Black Belt Grandmaster Louis Radicioni will be presenting "The Fundamentals of Free Sparring" on Saturday, April 27th, 2024 from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
Topics will include:
- Distance, Rhythm, Timing, & Reflexes
- Creating an Opening for Attacks
- Closing the Gap
- Advantages/Disadvantages of an open/closed stance
- Footwork fundamentals
- Formulas and Theories
