Mindfulness Mondays
Join us for Monday Mindfulness! We will be meeting via ZOOM from 9:30a-10:15a. The class is free to join and participate. Mindfulness is great for anyone interested in learning techniques to calm the mind and body. It's great for anxiety, stress, depression, and pain. It also helps with focus, concentration, and overall wellbeing.
If you are curious and new to meditation, or have a formal practice, all are welcome.
