Join us for our annual Open House where all Western North Carolina residents can attend any of our classes to get a 30 minute taste of what we offer. Each class is tailored to an age group as well as martial arts or fitness. From Boot Camp to Tiny Tigers to BJJ to Aikido we have it all and it's completely free.
