Join us as we celebrating D.R. Horton and their Grand Opening of Tap Root Farms! 

D.R. Horton is proud to announce the Model Home Grande Opening at Tap Root Farms, located off of Butler Bridge Road in Fletcher.  This master planned community features 699 home sites comprised of 472 single-family residences and 227 townhomes.  Homes to be offered range in size from 1,343 to 2,800 square feet, with 3 to 5 bedrooms.  Pricing for single-family homes currently starts in the low $400’s, and townhome pricing is expected to be released in April.  Three model homes are available for tours, and homes available for sale are currently under construction. 

The amenities being offered exclusively for residents in Tap Root Farms are rarely available in new home communities in Western North Carolina.  Plans include a 9,000 square foot dog park with agility equipment and an all-inclusive playground, which are both already completed.  There are six pickle ball courts currently under construction and set to open this Spring - but what really sets this community apart will be the clubhouse at over 5,000 square feet, including a 1,600 square foot fitness and yoga room, fireplace, open entertainment area, and prep kitchen.  Outdoor amenities at the clubhouse include a 1,200 square foot covered patio overlooking an 8,400 square foot pool.  The pool and clubhouse are expected to be completed during the Summer of 2025.
