Guardian Property Services, a local homeowners association management company, invites you to their official Ribbon Cutting and open house on Thursday, October 20^th at 4:00 PM. Guardian moved into their new office space this past July. Owners Angel and Carrie Ann have been active members of the Henderson County community for over three years and previously worked in the WNC community in the non-profit sector and property management. The Guardian team has a background in board management, communications, conflict resolution, strategic planning, fiscal management, and team building, bringing a unique perspective and experience to the world of HOA management. Our team’s three core values are integrity, continuous improvement, and kindness.
