Established in 1976, Jack the Dipper offers 36 flavors of ice cream served in made-to-order warm waffle cones and bowls! With locations in Sylva and Waynesville, the team at Jack the Dipper is excited to launch the 3rd location in Fletcher and invite their fellow Chamber Members to celebrate with them!
