Seminar: Maintaining Your Inner Calm Amid the Coronavirus Chaos
We are all feeling some form of stress in response to the changes in our day-to-day amid the mandates and guidelines concerning COVID-19. Our social calendars are empty, many are worried about finances, and parents are now faced with role of parent, remote worker, and teacher simultaneously. How can we practice self-care at this time, and what tools can we use to come back to a place of calm amid the current chaos. Join Marybeth Burns for this seminar where you will learn:
* Breathing and meditation exercises
* Health and wellness tips
* Local resources
* It is not about you: How reaching out to others relieves your own stress
About our facilitator:
