Stephen Williamson is a principal with The Van Winkle Law Firm, where he focuses his practice on employment or “workplace” law and other litigation. Mr. Williamson has more than 25 years of experience. He has been with Van Winkle for more than 20 years but also spent several years as a partner at two international law firms: the Richmond, Virginia based McGuireWoods LLP; and Chicago, Illinois and New York City based Katten, Muchin Rosenman LLP.
Mr. Williamson represents employers in all areas or workplace law. He has defended hundreds of administrative charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the United States Department of Labor.
