Sam is co-founder of Life Story Studios, alongside husband, Fred. It is home to The Cheerful Word while Fred manages Vintage Photo Scan. As a writer, speaker, and publisher Sam helps craft extraordinary memoirs for everyday people through writing coaching, ghostwriting, manuscript review, and retreats.
Born to older parents, and frequently joining her mother at work in the nursing home, Sam grew up at the feet of elders. Their storytelling kindled her lifelong passion for helping others preserve their unique stories. She learned that everyone’s life is a story worth telling, and it is her mission to encourage people by giving voice to their stories to honor and encourage them today, and to inspire others for generations.
