Valentine's Day Salsa class and party

Don't know what to do on Valentine's Day with your sweetheart? Well join us Valentine's Day for our Annual Salsa class and party for everyone. This is a family friendly event for all ages. Our resident salsa queen Nancy will be teaching everyone how to salsa including kids. If you have small children who don't want to dance we have a mat area where they can play including toys, balls and pool noodles.

• Refreshments will be available for free.
• Every adult will receive a souvenir 3d printed nut or bolt so that you can have a reason to talk to strangers if you come alone(provided by Hendo3dprints.com)
• Everyone who attends will receive a free week of classes for both Hendokickboxing as well as Hendo Wellness Center both located on the premises.
• Meet the instructors and wellness specialist of Hendokickboxing as well as Hendo Wellness Center

Hendokickboxing offers private and group lessons in Muay Thai Kickboxing for ages 3+ and Israeli Krav Maga self defense for ages 13+.

Hendo Wellness Center will be offering private and group lessons in various forms of yoga, tai chi, stretching classes, boot camp, dance, acupuncture and massage.
