Women's Only Self Defense Workshop
Learn reality based self defense from 3rd degree black belt woman instructor with decades of experience. Learn self defense from a woman's perspective. Many self defense applications are taught by men which are larger and stronger than most women. Learn first hand from one of our female instructors on how to handle yourself when attacked by a man.
Sensei Alexa Arnold is a 3rd Degree Black Belt Instructor of Shaolin Kempo, a Yoga Instructor as well as a Krav Maga Coach.
