Young Professionals Community Tour
Join our Young Professionals group, for fun industry tours each quarter. These tours are created to gain insights into diverse businesses and organizations from our community. a chance to see their impact on our county, and offer the chance to expand your network with other YP's as well as some seasoned Pros. This is more than a tour - it's an opportunity to connect, learn and fuel your professional journey.
During our Q3 of 2025, we will learn more about a local business in our area known as Lassonde Pappas! Here in Hendersonville, this plant was first owned by Seneca Foods in the 70s to help them press and process apples. Eventually, the plant was purchased by Clement Pappas, a New Jersey-based national fruit juice supplier. It was in 2011 that Lassonde Industries, a Canada-based beverage manufacturer, purchased Clement Pappas to make what you see now as Lassonde Pappas and Co. Today, the Hendersonville plant is the largest Lassonde plant in the US and deals with over 250 recipes. We produce juice for our own brands, like Apple & Eve and Old Orchard; but also, for other national brands like those of Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, Target, Publix, Aldis, and Trader Joes, just to name a few. We continue to grow in Hendersonville with the opening of 3 new lines in the last 2 years and in that time, millions of dollars in investment.
At Lassonde, our mission is "To craft quality food and drinks that consumers love, customers value and employees are proud of, and that demonstrate care for the planet." Hendersonville is helping to achieve our mission.
Parking:
There is no assigned parking. When you arrive at the 125 Industrial Park Road address, you will park in the first big parking lot on the left. So long as you respect the signs (Handicap and Employee of the Month) and are not blocking a semi-truck or trailer, you are good to park there. We apologize in advance if the parking spaces are at all limited. We outgrew our parking lot with recent headcount expansions and are actively exploring solutions.
Where to Gather:
Once parked, you will go in through the Visitor Entrance, which is the glass door on the corner. Once in, you will go up the stairs, sign in with our receptionist, and I will greet and usher you back into our conference room.
