Our kikboxfit boot camp classes are at 7:15 am, four days a week at Hendokickboxing, are designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time. The short, focused format keeps workouts efficient and engaging, making it easier to stay consistent even with a busy schedule. High-intensity training helps improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall endurance while keeping energy levels high throughout the day.
