Job Description: Front Desk Representative
The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient service to all customers entering the NC Printing location.
Reports to: NC Printing General Manager
Duties
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with the services they need, including copies, scanning, blueprints, faxing, and other walk-in services
- Understand and advise customers of service options provided by NC Printing according to their needs and coordinate with other staff to provide solutions
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, directing customers to needed resources and filtering out unwanted sales calls
- Assist with the order pickup process, including receiving and proper handling of payments
- Assist with quality control and boxing of outgoing jobs
- Assist with tracking of outsource production jobs
- Crosstrain in CSR duties and procedures to provide redundancy.
- Establish and maintain a tidy and clean working environment. Specific cleaning tasks will be required when starting and ending shifts
- Represent the NC Printing culture through compliance with the Vision, Mission and Core Values, as well as Policies and Procedures spelled out in the Reliant Service Group Employee Handbook
- Use personal vehicle to make occasional drop-offs and pick-ups as required by supervisor (mileage reimbursed at IRS standard reimbursement rate)
- Other duties as requested

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the printing industry is a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of computers and typing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Conversational Spanish a strong plus.
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and move without restriction
- Must pass a federal and state background check and drug test
