What We Offer: Our compensation structure is hourly with some opportunities for commission, meaning you'll can potentially earn a percentage of the projects you successfully complete. At SQC Roofing, we value your hard work and dedication. Pay is above average and will be based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities: As a Roof Repair Technician, you will:

• Perform essential repairs for homeowners as outlined in the scope of work, which may encompass roofing, gutters, and siding.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project.
• Estimate the materials and labor necessary to complete projects. We can train the right candidate for this.
• Maintain open communication with homeowners before, during, and after projects.
• Be on call for after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
• Identify other required repairs, such as gutters, skylights, windows, and more.
• Adhere to all safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Drive a dump trailer to the landfill for drop offs/drive a trailer to drop off roofing materials at the job sites.
• Manage roofing crews, photograph work in process.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver's license (non-negotiable).
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Must be able to carry and climb an extension ladder. 
• Must be able to climb onto and navigate safely on and around steel slope roofs.
• Previous experience in repair work is a valuable asset.
• Able to drive a work truck and pull a trailer.
• Time management, organization skills and friendly demeanor is a must.
