Start and Head Start programs.
- This includes planning engagement events for the school year, assisting and monitoring family
engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. - The role also involves supporting Family Advocates, leading training sessions, updating policies,
and participating in community meetings.
- Required: A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field such as Psychology, Family Studies, Counseling, Family Development, Family Systems Theory, or Human Resources Development.
- Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Accreditation: The degree must be from a college accredited and recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.
Experience:
- Required: 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Preferred: Experience with Head Start programs.
