?? Schedule: Full-Time, 10-Month Position (Non-Exempt) Salary: Up to $55,000

Plan and implement meaningful learning experiences aligned with NC Pre-K and Head Start frameworks.
Promote growth in physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and language development.
Use ongoing assessments to inform instruction and track progress toward School Readiness Goals.
Foster positive, supportive relationships with children and families.
Conduct home visits and parent-teacher conferences to build two-way communication.
Ensure safe, healthy environments in both classroom and outdoor settings.
Support successful transitions into and out of the NC Pre-K program.
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree (as above) and one of the following:
Current NC Birth through Kindergarten (B-K) Continuing License, or
Working toward a B-K or Preschool Add-on License
