Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Reception Support:

Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately using our advanced VOIP system.

Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and ensure they are comfortable.

Accurately document and relay quote information from potential clients.

Assist current clients with billing inquiries and other account-related questions.

Internal Team Support & Workflow Management:

Oversee the agency’s shared email inboxes and ensure proper documentation and task distribution.

Keep track of service or billing issues and coordinate timely resolutions.

Support in managing schedules and setting up appointments for agents.

Administrative Operations:

Handle mail processing, scanning, uploading of client documents, and maintain orderly digital files.

Order and manage office supplies and contribute to overall office organization.

Engage in team projects and perform additional administrative tasks as required.
