Golf Course Maintenance Team Member – Join Our Crew!
Location: Flat Rock, NC
Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal
Start Time: 6:30 AM in Summer (earlier in peak season)
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience

About the Job:
Love working outdoors and being part of a team that takes pride in keeping a golf course in top shape? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team! This is an early morning job where the first four hours of the day are the most crucial. If you enjoy hands-on work, a mix of physical tasks, and the satisfaction of a well-maintained landscape, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs using various walk-behind and riding mowers
  • Edging, weed-eating, raking sand traps, and spreading mulch
  • Operating standard landscaping tools (rakes, shovels, trimmers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
  • Maintaining golf course conditions in all weather—sun, heat, humidity, and occasional rain
  • Assisting with course beautification projects
What We’re Looking For:
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliability and willingness to work early morning hours
  • Ability to handle moderate physical activity (walking, bending, lifting)
  • No prior experience required—training will be provided
  • Comfort with working independently after training
Work Schedule:
  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (earlier in peak season, potentially 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
  • Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend, 4-hour shifts in the morning (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Rotating Day Off: Wednesday off during the week when working a weekend shift
