First Victory, Inc

Jeff Winter is a Project Manager for First Victory, Inc. (FVI).  Jeff has had a wide variety of experience, beginning his career in the public affairs and marketing arena in higher education and healthcare.  He was recruited by the U. S. Secret Service in 1999 to focus on the Service’s investigative mission.  In 2006, Jeff made a dramatic career change to follow his passion for Arts and Crafts architecture and construction, starting Winter-Coronado, Inc., inspired by the renowned American architects Charles Sumner Greene and Henry Mather Greene.  Jeff designed and constructed twelve distinctly Arts & Crafts homes in Northern Virginia until 2017.  Jeff has a BA in Government and Politics and an MA in Communications, and held a Class A construction license in Virginia.
