UNC Health Pardee is a not-for-profit community healthcare organization and is managed by UNC Health. We are licensed for 222 acute care beds and are the second-largest employer in Henderson County, with over 1,900 team members. Pardee has several locations separate from the main campus, including a comprehensive specialty physician network, primary care network with FQHC status, cancer center, three urgent care locations and four orthopedic clinics.
