Inside Sales Rep - Business to Business

We're hiring a full time inside sales professional for an industry leader based locally in Asheville, NC. This is a business to business sales position.

This person will be trained to sell in all facets of the business and generate new sales leads via prospecting. The various facets include print products, rack cards and brochures (for a variety of industries). Another key element in this role is to facilitate the order flow for our 3rd party affiliates. The position will initially be assigned a small established territory of active accounts along with the 3rd party business responsibilities.

Success in this vital role will lead to management of a fully established account base. Advancement typically occurs in 6-12 months.

This is a Full Time IN OFFICE Monday thru Friday position.

Responsibilities:

Manage a small territory of active customers
Facilitate order flow of 3rd party affiliates
Learn to sell in all facets of our business
Develop new business via telephone, email and marketing campaigns to identify appropriate prospects within target market
Use current database of warm leads and conduct research to generate new business
Effectively communicate the needs of prospective customers to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Efficiently manage data and notes through database CRM
This position reports to the Director of Business Development but will have regular interaction with others throughout the company.

Offering a base plus commission pay structure and benefits. First year combined earnings are expected to be in the $45K - $55K range. After year one, expected earnings are $55-$75K.
